Prep Time: 1 hour and 10 minutes

Estimated Cook Time: 30-45 minutes

Servings: 4

Ingredients

3 Large Sweet Potatoes

4 Tbsp of Olive Oil

2 Tbsp of Corn Starch

1 Tbsp of Garlic Powder

1 Tbsp of Onion Salt

1 Tbsp of Dried Parsley

1/2 tsp of Dill Weed

1/2 Tbsp of Paprika

1 Tbsp of Pepper

Sea Salt to taste

1. Peel the skin off of your potatoes and slice into thin strips.

2. Place your potato strips into a large bowl with cold water. Let soak for 1 hour.

3. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.

4. Sprinkle Olive oil on a baking sheet and set aside.

5. Drain fries and pat dry with a paper towel. In a clean dry bowl place your potato strips in, and drizzle olive oil over top. Toss until distributed evenly.

6. In a smaller bowl combine your corn starch, garlic powder, onion salt, dill weed, paprika, parsley, and pepper. Sprinkle over top of the potatoes and toss to ensure distributed evenly.

7. Spread the potatoes evenly on the baking dish. Bake for 15 minutes, then take out and flip with a spatula. The key is to make sure none overlap to ensure the right crispiness.

8. Place back into the oven for another 15 minutes and repeat flipping the fries until perfect golden brown.

9. Once done, take out of the oven add a dash of sea salt and serve.

My sweet potato fries go great with my spicy chicken sandwich or the bacon bleu burger.
