Cook Time: 30 Minutes
Servings: 4
Ingredients
2 1/4 Cups of small shell noodles
2 Cups of Milk
1 Cup of Heavy Whipping Cream
1 Tbsp of Butter
1 1/2 tsp of Garlic Powder
1 1/2 tsp of Onion Salt
1 tsp of Salt
1 oz of Cream Cheese.
2 cups of Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1. In a medium size sauce man, on medium heat, combine your milk, heavy whipping cream, butter, garlic powder, onion salt, and bring to a boil.
2. Bring down to low heat and add shell noodles.
3. Continue to stir as it simmers. Cook until noodles are soft about 20-25 minutes.
4. If your milk has evaporated fully at the end of the 20-25 minutes you can add about 1/4 cup of heavy whipping cream or milk and slowly stir.
5. Once the shells are cookies, take off the heat and place the cream cheese and cover with a lid. Trap the heat and let it melt for 3 minutes. Once its melted stir.
6. Add your cheddar cheese and stir. Cover for 3 more minutes.
Now you're ready to serve. Enjoy it by itself for lunch or use as a side to my spicy chicken sandwich.
