Hey everyone. I decided to try out video, so check out how I made this delicious dish for pasta night at my home.

I apologize in advanced if its bad, I promise I'll get better at this! I hope you all enjoy this super easy and delicious recipe :)

Estimated Time: 25 minutes

Servings: 3-4

Ingredients

3-4 boneless Chicken Breasts

Olive Oil

2 Fresh Garlic Cloves (minced)

Salt & Pepper for taste

8 oz of Sliced Mushroom

1 cup of Fresh Spinach

Creamy Garlic Sauce

2 Tbsp of Butter

1 Tbsp of Flour

1/2 tsp of garlic cloves minced in a jar (you can do 1 fresh garlic cloves if you don't have this)

1/2 cup of Chicken Broth

1 Cup of Heavy Whipping Cream

1 Cup of Half and Half

1 Tbsp of White Wine (Optional)

1/2 Grated Parmesan Cheese

1/2 tsp of Garlic Powder

1/2 tsp of Onion Powder

Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

1. In a large skillet add olive oil and garlic on high heat. Add your chicken breasts and flip after 5 minutes. Continue to flip until cooked completely.

2. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside on a plate. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until brown and tender. Remove mushrooms and set aside.

3. Sauce: On medium to high heat add butter and minced garlic and let it melt. One the butter melts add your flour and whisk until it thickens. Whisk in your heavy whipping cream, half and half, chicken broth, (white wine), parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Let simmer on medium-low heat. Keep whisking so the sauce doesn't burn.

4. Once the sauce thickens, add the mushrooms back to the sauce, stir, then add your spinach. Let the spinach wilt still on medium-low heat.

5. Add your chicken, flip so the sauce is placed all over the chicken. Cover with a lid and let sit for 3 minutes.

Serve over pasta, and enjoy :)
