If you like your Alfredo sauce with a kick you'll absolutely love this recipe. This creamy pasta sauce is homemade with heavy whipping cream, white wine, parmesan and mozzarella cheese, white wine, garlic, crushed pepper flakes and paprika.

Ingredients
8 oz. of the pasta of your choice. (I used Linguini noodles)
Olive Oil
4 Garlic Cloves (minced)
1 Pound of shrimp (you can use frozen or fresh. Tails off)
8 oz of Sliced Mushrooms
Sauce
2 Tbsp of Butter
1 Tbsp of Flour
1 Cup of Half and Half
1 Cup of Heavy Whipping Cream
1/4 cup of White Wine (optional)
1/2 cup of Parmesan Cheese (Grated)
1/2 cup of Mozzarella Cheese (Shredded)
1 Tbsp of Paprika
1 tsp of Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
Salt and Pepper to taste
1. In a medium pot cook your pasta, and drain.
2. In a large pan, on medium heat add your olive oil, garlic and shrimp. Cook for 5-8 minutes and stir occasionally. Add your red pepper flakes, paprika, salt and pepper. Cook for another 3 minutes.
3. Remove shrimp and set aside in a bowl. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until brown and tender. Remove mushrooms and set aside.
4. On medium heat, add butter until melted and whisk in your flour until it thickens. Add half and half, heavy whipping cream, white wine, salt, pepper and parmesan cheese. Whisk until thickens.
5. Add your mozzarella and whisk until it thickens about 3 minutes.
7. Add mushrooms and shrimp back into the sauce and let cook for 2 more minutes.
Serve over pasta.
